Hannah Deuk is a senior corporate and commercial lawyer with over 30 years’ experience advising across banking, financial services, and regulated industries.

Hannah has held senior in-house legal, risk and compliance roles within financial institutions, investment banks, and regulated entities. She has extensive experience advising on complex regulatory frameworks, licensing, and governance, and is highly skilled in guiding businesses through ADI, AFSL, and ACL licensing processes. She works closely with clients to establish robust compliance frameworks and navigate AML/CTF obligations, with a consistent focus on achieving practical, commercially sound outcomes.
