Services
Services are provided under a separate written engagement agreement.
Service fees are invoiced directly via our accounting platform and must be paid by the due date stated on the invoice.
Late payment may result in suspension of services and additional fees as specified in the invoice and/or engagement agreement.
Payments
Payments on the Website are for digital products only, such as templates, checklists, or guides. These payments are processed securely through Stripe, our third-party payment gateway. By making a payment on our website, you agree to comply with Stripe’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Services provided are invoiced directly through our invoicing and accounting platform. Clients will receive invoices via email, and payment is required by the due date specified.
All fees are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated. Service fees and GST are explicitly stated on invoices for both digital products and services. Additional fees may apply for late payments or failed transactions.
Payment Disputes
If you believe there is an error in your invoice or payment, you must notify us within 7 days of receipt. We will endeavour to resolve the issue promptly.
Chargebacks and Fraudulent Transactions
In the case of a chargeback or fraudulent payment, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate services and may pursue legal remedies to recover fees due.

Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises relating to these Terms, the complaining party to notify the other party in writing outlining the nature of the complaint, the desired outcome, and proposed resolution.
Both parties must use reasonable efforts to resolve the dispute through good faith negotiations within thirty (30) days of notification.
If unresolved after thirty (30) days, the parties must attempt an agreed mediations service in New South Wales.
Each party covers its own cost of mediation.
Independent Legal Advice
By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms, you have had a reasonable opportunity to seek independent legal advice; and you either have obtained such advice or voluntarily waived that opportunity.
Severability & Waiver
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, it will be severed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining Terms will remain fully enforceable.
Failure by Us to enforce any right under these Terms , does not constitute a waiver of that right, and any waiver must be expressly agreed in writing.
